At present, children and young people face difficulties of all kinds, from personal problems, such as low self-esteem, disorders, etc., problems at home, problems at school or school such as bullying, stress or anxiety about studies, etc.

These workshops are designed to give you the tools you need to manage the emotions of your students, and even your own. With this, you will know how to react and act in the face of crises or situations that your students may be going through.

The workshops have a duration of 4 hours that can be developed in a single day, or in two separate days.
